Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in California to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and may handle merchandising, front-end duties, and other store operations.

Employees may fulfill orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services. You will train in wine, spirits, and beer, stay updated on promotions and loyalty programs, and maintain safety and cleanliness while complying with alcohol

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
