Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused in-store associate to deliver outstanding service and accurately process sales orders.

You will assist customers with financing matters, meet or exceed sales goals, participate in opening and closing duties, and ensure cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
