Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate for our Texas store. You will deliver friendly service, process sales, and uphold cash handling procedures while working toward sales goals.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. The role supports inventory control, store operations, and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
