Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our client’s retail team in Texas. You will deliver outstanding service, process sales orders, and assist customers with credit applications and financing as needed.

This role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience; a high school diploma preferred; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; you'll help meet sales goals and support cash handling duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
