Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a front-line customer service associate in Texas. You will deliver outstanding service to customers, process sales, and support store operations. This role emphasizes achieving sales goals and maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or sales, is legally eligible to work in the US, and can lift up to 25 lbs. This position is on-site with opportunities for growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
