Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service at our Texas location. The role involves processing sales, assisting with financing questions, and supporting store operations to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales and are legally eligible to work in the US. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
