Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused representative for a retail setting in Texas. You will provide outstanding service to customers and guests while processing sales orders and handling cash with accuracy.

The role supports credit applications and financing needs, aims to meet sales targets, and participates in opening/closing procedures. A high school diploma is preferred and 1 year in customer service or sales is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
