Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented associate in Texas to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the point of sale. You will process sales orders, assist customers with credit and financing matters, and help meet store KPI targets with accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes cash handling, store opening/closing duties, and contributing to a welcoming, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
