Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our retailer partner in Texas. The role involves delivering outstanding service, processing sales transactions, and supporting credit applications as needed.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, legally eligible to work in the US, with a High School diploma and at least one year in customer service or sales. Ability to lift 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
