• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and secure payment on past-due accounts.
• Follow up on open balances, payment arrangements, and commitments.
• Build rapport with customers while navigating payment conversations.
• Research account questions or discrepancies and resolve promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues impacting payment.
• Maintain documentation of collection activity and updates.
