Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns and cores, distribute weekly flyers, and promote loyalty programs while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

You will assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock parts, and engage with customers to recommend products. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation abilities.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math to handle transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Move and stock inventory, assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operate inventory systems.
