Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil or industrial engineering from ABET accredited school AND 6 years utility experience (3 in utility design).
• In lieu of degree: Associates degree and 6 years utility design OR High school diploma and 8 years utility design experience.
• Registered Professional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and train team members on Distribution Standards, policies, and performance.
• Develop work plans with measurable goals and requirements.
• Review planned work and monitor project completion; provide leadership to design execution.
• Lead activities with internal and external resources to support design and customer service goals.
• Advise on design, materials and progress to control costs within budget.
