American Electric Power is seeking a seasoned professional to coordinate resource requirements for distribution line and telecom projects in the Corpus Christi area. You will ensure work orders meet specifications, are delivered on time, and stay within budget while interfacing with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires leadership in pre-design meetings, onboarding, storm response resource tracking, and billing processes, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET accredited preferred), Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent education with 3 years’ related experience.
• Associate’s degree in electrical/electronic technology or related technical degree with 5 years’ experience in design/construction of distribution facilities.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in design/construction of distribution facilities without a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all resource requirements for distribution line and telecom components.
• Ensure work order packages meet specifications and are delivered on time within budget.
• Interface with contracting firms and all departments related to distribution design.
• Coordinate pre-design meetings, on-boarding, and customer concerns.
• Assist with storm assessment resource tracking and billing.
