Job summary

Cascade AI in the United States seeks a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer who owns customer implementations from kickoff to live production, aligning product internals with each customer’s environment.

You’ll join late-stage sales calls to demonstrate the deployed work and outcomes to prospects, and you’ll build reusable tooling and playbooks to make future deployments faster.

This is a build-heavy, customer-facing role where clear communication and ownership drive revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production integrations independently.
• Direct customer-facing experience on technical calls and sales calls.
• Ability to own an implementation end-to-end in ambiguous environments.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end — scoping, integration, configuration, data setup, testing, and launch.
• Work with customer teams to translate their systems into Cascade deployments.
• Write and ship code, integrations, and configurations to make implementations succeed.
• Debug issues in customer environments and feed learnings back to product/engineering.
• Join late-stage sales calls to present implementations and outcomes to prospects.
• Build reusable tooling, templates, and playbooks to speed future deployments.
