thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America is seeking a Customer Demand Analyst in Hamilton, Ohio. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating from new customer relationship through delivery of finished goods.

Your responsibilities include handling orders, monitoring demand fluctuations, coordinating with Master Schedulers, and maintaining data on customer portals while ensuring timely shipments. A bachelor's degree in Business and strong analytical/communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field required.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and coordinate activities from onboarding to delivery of finished goods.
• Review orders for accuracy and create/adjust line items as needed.
• Monitor demand fluctuations and escalate supply issues with Master Planners.
• Maintain logs of order idiosyncrasies and notify stakeholders of unusual events.
• Ensure correct data in customer portals and communicate order priority and expedited needs.
• Collaborate with Master Schedulers on production priorities and shipping.
• Support inventory management and reporting for timely fulfillment.
• Prepare clear reports and routine customer correspondence.
