Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Analytical skills to manage large data sets and identify trends.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MRP knowledge.
• Strong communication and organization to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all customers and respond to requirements.
• Review incoming orders for accuracy and create line items as needed.
• Coordinate with Master Planners, Operations, Sales and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain data on customer portals and communicate order priority.
• Assist with on-time delivery by monitoring shipping and inventory status.
• Prepare reports and maintain data for order processing and invoicing.
