Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee demand management, material planning and production scheduling. You will lead Customer Demand Analysts, Material Planners, and Production Schedulers, coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Suppliers to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong ERP/MRP experience, process improvement focus, and the ability to coach and develop leaders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in supply chain planning and manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading multiple planning functions and teams.
• Strong ability to balance demand, capacity, inventory and service objectives.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer demand management, material planning, and production scheduling functions.
• Manage Customer Demand Analysts, Material Planners, and Production Schedulers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Suppliers to ensure material availability.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and performance metrics.
• Establish KPIs and monitor delivery, inventory, and operational objectives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to planning teams.
