Tri-Arrows Aluminum, Inc. seeks a Customer Demand Analyst to collaborate cross-functionally with customers and internal teams on demand generation, forecasting, and order entry.

This role influences inventory turns, cash flow, and working capital by managing short-term SPF data and order flow. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain, superior Excel and Oracle skills, and a collaborative approach to meet customer needs and internal goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
• 12 years B2B customer support and/or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and administer customer orders in accordance with procedures and SPF guidelines.
• Research and respond to order status, inventory, and lead-time inquiries; work with Account Managers on issues.
• Serve as primary contact for material shipments, forecast changes, and system issues.
• Support trials and shipments to customer plants; enter orders and track progress to completion.
• Communicate order status to ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
