Job summary

Ascom is seeking a Project Manager (S&O) to lead end-to-end customer projects, driving delivery excellence from pre-sale planning through successful implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and act as the primary customer contact across the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement in service delivery to strengthen revenue, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Project Management, or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in customer-facing technical projects.
• Experience in IT, telecommunications, or healthcare sectors.
• Proficiency with project planning, risk management, scoping, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including planning, communication, and follow-through after the sale.
• Lead projects on technical solutions and service delivery across scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, partners, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality processes and follow Ascom SOPs.
