Job summary

North Sky Communications is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to delivery. You will define scopes, build execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement across Telecom, Construction, or Utilities environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional project management experience overseeing projects from inception to completion in Telecom, Construction or Utilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency with PM software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com or Smartsheet.
• Certifications (PMP, CAPM, or CSM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Direct and manage project execution end-to-end, defining deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
• Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, WBS, resource plans, and documentation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Be the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and leadership on progress and changes.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Scope & Budget Control: Track budgets, resources, and timelines to prevent overruns and manage scope creep.
• Process Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture learnings and refine PM processes.
