• Minimum 5 years of customer experience or hospitality; aviation/aerospace/complex manufacturing preferred.
• Proven capabilities in high-level event planning and coordination.
• Strong focus on data analytics, continuous improvement or quality assurance.
• Experience in leadership or project management with cross-functional action plans.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and foster customer experience improvements with cross-site stakeholders.
• Support data collection and measurement of customer feedback across programs.
• Coordinate analysis of CSIP results and prepare reports for performance reviews.
• Lead action plans based on data insights and drive them to completion.
• Manage communications with customers and ensure a unified message.
