Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join the Customer Line team in Mobile, AL.

You will manage Aircraft Maintenance activities from FOT to handover, acting as the technical focal point for ALBs, NCs, and OSW, and maintaining work orders and AMM references while collaborating with Flight Line technicians and quality teams. You will coordinate with European colleagues, prepare delivery documentation, and participate in Part 145 activities on request, supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering with extensive Airbus experience
• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering within Airbus or hands-on aircraft maintenance (A&P licensed) preferred
• Completion of Airbus Courses listed in boarding pass

Responsibilities

• Handle anomalies in Cabin, Systems, Electrics, or Structures and create work instructions
• Provide technical support to Flight Line technicians and multi-functional teams
• Validate content of anomalies and oversee directed changes
• Coordinate availability of parts, jigs, and tools for work
• Lead AME Customer Line projects and communicate with European sites
• Support delivery milestones and prepare legible work instructions
