Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Customer Acceptance and Delivery Manager (CADM) to join our Mobile, Alabama team.

The CADM leads the CAD MFT to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-customer satisfaction delivery of an aircraft fleet to airline customers/lessors. The CADM oversees risk management across technical, industrial, certification, and planning areas, defines the Customer Presentation Program, and manages customer communications to protect Airbus interests throughout the delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent aeronautical technical experience. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CAD MFT to deliver aircraft on time, on quality, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Manage technical, industrial, certification, planning risks to protect deliveries.
• Define and maintain the Customer Presentation Program for fleet deliveries and manage customer communications.

Education
