Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Manager I in Mobile, AL to lead folio management during production and flight test. You will analyze non-conformities, drive action plans, and ensure closure to support on-time handover to the delivery center.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, preparing MSNs and status updates, and maintaining strict documentation. A relevant degree or technical training plus 3+ years in aviation manufacturing is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical training in aviation/manufacturing field acceptable with relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal English, ability to communicate with multiple teams.
• Experience in aviation manufacturing planning or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-conformities and folio points, driving closure to meet production milestones.
• Prepare and conduct FOT meetings, track aircraft documentation and gates.
• Escalate issues to ACM IIs and coordinate cross-functional actions.
• Maintain Aircraft Progress data and MSN status reports with daily priorities.
• Collaborate on national/international projects and support deliveries.
