Job summary

Carvana in Sterling, VA is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our team delivering happiness through vehicle delivery and support. You'll engage customers, handle paperwork, and maintain safe driving records.

The role offers an hourly starting rate of $20 with a path to $22 based on performance, plus 401(k) with match, health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement through our Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and drive vehicles safely.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safe driving.
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely per Carvana CMV policy.
• Notary requirements: obtain a Notary in your jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment.
