Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates to join our team and deliver happiness through car-hauler service and proactive customer care. With a starting hourly rate of $19 and growth opportunities, you will be part of a performance-based environment where pay can rise to $21 per hour through merit programs.

The role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, English proficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks including loading vehicles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our car haulers (training provided).
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in our tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
