Pay range:

18.00 + DOE

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver to deliver excellent customer service and promptly distribute products to our customers. You will represent our company professionally to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome will stand out. Your role will involve identifying client needs, explaining our products and services, and recommending solutions. A positive attitude and prompt resolution of customer issues will contribute to your success. Ultimately, you will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers proactively
  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate product, pricing, and service information
  • Answer questions about products/services
  • Compare prices and features to assist purchasing decisions
  • Cross-sell products
  • Maintain fully stocked racks
  • Manage merchandise returns
  • Coordinate with team to deliver excellent service during peak times
  • Inform customers about discounts and offers
  • Gather customer feedback for the Store Manager
  • Stay informed about new products/services
  • Deliver items to various addresses via different routes
  • Follow routes and schedules accurately
  • Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
  • Request feedback and resolve complaints
  • Inform customers about new offerings
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Prior outdoor supply industry experience
  • Comfortable on your feet and performing physical tasks (stooping, squatting, lifting)
  • Experience operating and delivering in vehicles like Isuzu NRR 650
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different characters
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Capable of performing in fast-paced environments
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clean driving record
