As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will enhance the customer experience by providing real-time, hands-on support at the station to ensure timely delivery of packages. You will also connect customers with experts for the most accurate updates about their packages. This role is about more than delivery; it’s about making customers smile.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating directly with customers in person, via phone, and email
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolving issues and setting proper expectations
  • Responding clearly and appropriately to customer concerns
  • Writing grammatically correct, concise responses
  • Approaching problems logically to ensure proper outcomes
  • Making quick, effective decisions for customers
  • Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week)

Physical Tasks and Environment:

  • Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours
  • Work in environments with variable noise levels and outdoor weather conditions

A Day in the Life:

You will be based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, coordinating with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers to resolve issues and provide guidance, ensuring a smooth delivery experience and developing logistical expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with web browsers, database searches, and instant messaging tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Experience in merchandising or brand ambassador roles for recognized brands
