As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will help improve the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. The role will also connect customers with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. The work is beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it’s about making sure we put smiles on customers’ faces.

Key job responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
  • Understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues
  • Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week)
Physical requirements
  • Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
  • Work in environments with variable noise levels and temperatures
A day in the life

You’ll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, coordinating with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries. You’ll develop logistical and customer service expertise and connect with customers daily using your understanding of our supply chain and local delivery connections.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize work efficiently
  • Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with web browsers, database searching, and instant messaging tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Experience working with consumer brands or merchandising teams
