Pay range:

18.00 + DOE

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate/Delivery Driver to deliver excellent customer service and ensure prompt delivery of products. The role involves representing our company professionally to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome will excel. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing product information, and resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to store profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Engage customers proactively
2. Greet and direct customers
3. Provide accurate product and service information
4. Answer questions and compare products/features
5. Cross-sell products and ensure shelves are stocked
6. Manage merchandise returns
7. Coordinate with team to deliver excellent service, especially during peak times
8. Inform customers about discounts and offers
9. Gather customer feedback for management
10. Stay updated on new products/services

1. Deliver items to various addresses following routes and schedules
2. Load, unload, and operate delivery vehicle safely
3. Solicit feedback and resolve complaints
4. Inform customers about new offerings
5. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior outdoor supply industry experience
• Comfortable standing and performing physical tasks (stooping, squatting, lifting)
• Ability to operate delivery vehicle (e.g., Isuzu NRR 650)
• Customer-oriented with adaptable communication skills
• Effective multi-tasking and time management
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors (training available)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
• Knowledge of inventory procedures
