Job summary

EPRI is seeking a Customer Data Analyst I in Charlotte, NC with responsibilities spanning data maintenance across ERP/CRM/GTS systems, provisioning access, validating requests, and documenting actions. You will ensure data accuracy and adhere to business rules while delivering professional service to customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes data governance, confidentiality, and data integrity in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for process improvements and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–5 years of work experience in data management, analysis, or related areas.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain customer, contact, company, address, and related data in ERP/CRM/GTS systems.
• Process access requests for customers, employees, contractors, and other users under guidelines.
• Review requests for completeness and alignment with business rules.
• Monitor and respond to data queue items and document status and follow-up actions.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional service to internal and external customers.
