Electrolux Group North America is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Analyst in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work model. You’ll support national Pro Account operations, optimize order execution, and develop insights to drive growth and efficiency across key retail partners.

The role requires 2+ years in customer experience or related fields, proficiency with SAP and Excel, and strong cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer experience, operations, or analytics.
• Experience with SAP and Excel for data analysis and process management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer operations, order performance, and service metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage order fulfillment activities including ship-to setup and special fulfillment requirements.
• Monitor inventory and order flow to preempt issues that affect service levels.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries on status, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Develop customer reporting and dashboards to support decisions and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, IT to resolve challenges.
• Support Pro Portal maintenance and retail execution activities.
• Contribute to new initiatives and go-to-market strategies for growth.
