Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Arden, NC is seeking a Material Analyst to lead data integrity, planning effectiveness, and demand planning accuracy across ERP platforms. This onsite role focuses on improving MRP processes, forecast quality, and transactional discipline for reliable planning signals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC to be considered.

• Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Mapics experience
• APICS CPIM Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead data integrity across ERP systems (Vista, OEI, Mapics).
• Improve MPS and MRP run accuracy to align demand and supply.
• Review and optimize MRP parameters for better inventory performance.
• Analyze planning discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs for ERP data health and planning accuracy.
• Perform demand and forecast analysis to improve accuracy.
• Monitor Planning BOM data accuracy and BOM ratio.
• Execute manual demand blending to enhance forecast reliability.
• Conduct planning sanity checks and validate risks.
• Drive data quality accountability among stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to reduce past-due Sales/Manufacturing/Purchase Orders.
