Job summary

Schumacher Homes in Asheville, NC is seeking a Customer Coordinator to guide homeowners through the preconstruction phase, coordinate with lenders to secure construction loans, and assist with warranty after the home is built. This role serves as the advocate for customers throughout the build, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience from contract to completion.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (front facing) required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Able to operate standard office equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
