The Kenan Advantage Group is seeking a Customer Administration Specialist to join our Ohio-based team. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining Customer Agreements/Contract Data within KAG Systems, interfacing with Sales, Billing, Cash/Collections and Operations to ensure compliance with bill/pay provisions.

You will evaluate, implement, document and audit customer data changes, act as a knowledge base for customers and agreements, and support data quality governance and periodic audits

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience required.
• 2 years of pricing, contract, or related customer experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.

Aufgaben

• Configuration and maintenance of Customer Agreements/Contract Data within KAG Systems.
• Interface with Customers, Sales, Billing, Cash/Collections and Operations to ensure adherence to agreements.
• Evaluate, implement, document, communicate and audit customer data changes.
• Assist with audit and governance for customer data quality.
• Audit customer invoicing to ensure compliance with contract provisions.
• Maintain contracts and tariff data in KAG contract systems (ASC).
• Report and implement tariff/rate changes as required by agreements or guidance from Sales/Pricing.
• Provide knowledge base on customers/agreements for Sales, Pricing and Revenue Accounting.
