Job summary

KAG SERVICES INC is seeking a Customer Administration Specialist in North Canton, OH to manage and audit customer data, contracts and tariffs within the TMW system. The role collaborates with Sales, Billing, Cash/Collections and Operations to ensure adherence to contract terms.

You will configure invoicing, tariffs and rate changes, audit data quality, and support annual financial audits. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience required.
• 2 years of pricing, contract, or related customer experience.
• Strong Communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and audit customer data into TMW system.
• Configure invoicing and tariffs according to agreements.
• Decipher and communicate changes to Revenue Accounting/Billing.
• Serve as knowledge base for Customers and Agreements.
• Calculate, document, and implement required Tariff/Rate increases.
• Generate Contract/Tariff expiration reports and execute changes as directed.
• Proactively identify customer rate discrepancies and resolve cross-functionally.
• Aid in data quality guidelines and governance for Customer data.
• Audit of TMW Customer Data and changes per KAG data standards.
• Assist with annual financial audit by providing evidence of customer agreement with rates.
