Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) seeks a Customer Administration Specialist to manage and audit Customer Data and Contracts within the TMW system. You will collaborate with Sales, Billing, Cash/Collections and Operations to ensure adherence to contract bill/pay provisions.

The role requires configuring tariffs, auditing data changes, and supporting annual financial audits with evidence of customer agreements and rates. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent business experience.
• 2 years of pricing, contract, or related customer experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement and audit customer data into KAGs Transportation Management System (TMW).
• Configure invoicing and tariff rates per agreements in TMW.
• Decipher and communicate changes to agreements to Revenue Accounting/Billing.
• Serve as a knowledge base for customers and agreements for Sales, Pricing and Revenue Accounting.
• Calculate, document, and implement required Tariff/Rate increases as per agreements or guidance from Sales/Pricing.
• Generate Contract/Tariff expiration reports and execute changes as directed.
• Identify customer rate discrepancies and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Develop data quality guidelines and governance for customer data.
• Audit TMW Customer Data and manage changes per KAG data standards.
• Audit customer invoicing to ensure compliance with contract bill/pay provisions and create audit trails.
• Assist with annual financial audit by providing evidence of customer agreements and rates.
• Maintain and report Contract Data in KAG Contract Management Software (ASC).
• Calculate, maintain, update and report KAG Fuel Surcharge pricing.
