Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in North Canton, OH, is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to oversee the scheduling and tracking of customer shipments and to manage fleet safety. You will coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and NPPC facilities, resolve supply chain issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

This on-site role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent
• Experience in multi-compartment tanker transportation is optional
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced customer environment

Responsibilities

• Schedules, prioritizes, and manages customer orders & shipments
• Oversees relationship with supplier, wash, repair, NPPC facilities, carrier, and render facilities
• Initiates actions to resolve supply chain issues that impact customer shipments
• Ensures deliveries and customer equipment are in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Records and maintains files and records requested by the customer
