Job summary

Atlas Management Corporation in downtown Nashville is seeking a Customer Contract Service Advisor (CCSA). This is a 2-year contract serving as the first point of contact for customers needing information or adjustments on their utility accounts in a professional call center. Hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

or 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with $21.00 per hour. Location offers free parking and a supportive corporate environment for employee growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional customer support.
• Experience in call centers preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and multi-screen navigation.

Position:Customer Contract Service Advisor

Status:2 year contract

Work Location:Downtown Nashville, Free parking provided

Hours:8:00 a.m.-5:00pm or 2:00pm -10:00 p.m.Days: M-F

Rate of Pay:$21.00 per hour

Job Specifications:

This position provides support to customers who are requesting adjustments or information concerning customer accounts in a professional call center environment.

• Navigating systems to retrieve customer information

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional customer support environment
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience prefered
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Can navigate multiple screens with ease
• Comfortable enteracting with customers on a continuous basis
• Must complete and pass background and credit check (no delinquent utility accounts)

Education: High school diploma or General Education Diploma required.
