This is a 2-year contract serving as the first point of contact for customers needing information or adjustments on their utility accounts in a professional call center. Hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

or 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with $21.00 per hour. Location offers free parking and a supportive corporate environment for employee growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional customer support.
• Experience in call centers preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and multi-screen navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers seeking adjustments or information on their accounts in a professional call center environment.
• Navigate systems to retrieve customer information.
• Educate customers about their account and service updates.
• Provide service connections and review payment history.
