Job summary

Medical Devices Company is seeking a Customer Contract Admin Analyst for a 12-month contract on W2 in San Antonio, TX. The role blends in-office presence with one remote day and requires strong contract analytics and financial accounting skills.

You will evaluate contracts for accurate payments, manage rebates, and collaborate across Sales, Finance and AP to resolve eligibility issues. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP BI/BW will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Contracting or related financial activities.
• Understanding of contract development and management.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret contracts to ensure correct and timely payments per terms.
• Ensure timely execution of GPO fees and rebates with clear cross-functional communication.
• Collaborate with Offer Development, Sales, Accounts Payable to resolve contract eligibility and rebates.
• Analyze disputed fees and rebates and provide resolution.
• Develop variance analyses to explain changes in sales and payment of fees.

Job Description -

• Responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of contracts to ensure payments are made accurately and timely per the terms and conditions of the contracts.
• Ensure timely execution of GPO fee and rebates and provide clear and open communication to Offer Development, Commercial Integrator, Business Unit, and SCVP
• Work cross functionally with internal customers in Offer Development, Sales team, BU, Accounts Payable and SCG to provide review and resolution of contract eligibility or rebate issues.
• Responsible for the analysis and resolution of disputed Fees and rebates
• Develop variance analysis reporting to identify material fluctuations in sales at the customer and/or material level to understand drivers and ensure data is accurate and payment of fees is appropriate.
• BA/BS required in Finance, Accounting or other business-related fields
• Minimum of 1 years experience in Commercial Contracting or Fee/Incentive payment related financial activities
• Understanding of commercial contract development and management
• Ability to act with speed, agility and accountability to drive desirable outcomes
• Ability to work in a evolving organization undergoing significant change
• Highly analytical problem solver with solid business acumen
• Ability to engage with key business partners to evaluate key drivers and analytics to assist in development of clear strategic recommendations and anticipate business needs

• Advanced working knowledge in Excel, Database (i.e. Access, Power BI, Oracle) & Data Mining tools
• Proficient in Qlikview, Microsoft Power BI & SAP BI/BW in the context of Reporting
