Responsibilities

• Outbound and inbound calls to cardholders on past-due balances across 13 affiliates
• Assist cardholders with payment options for past due balances
• Research disputed items on past and present cardholder credit reports and resolve valid disputes
• Review bankruptcy notices
• Coordinate with third-party collection agencies and attorneys on past due cases
• Document all cardholder communications in the file
• Prepare charge-offs within regulatory guidelines
• Perform reviews or checkbacks of coworker work
• Complete customer CRM for every case
• Act as liaison with affiliates, processors, and Card Associations
• Communicate with bank departments to ensure account accuracy
