Job summary

HOPE is seeking a Teller to process deposits, withdrawals and payments for members across HOPE branch locations. You will maintain a balanced cash drawer, provide excellent member service, and promote HOPE products to meet customer needs.

This non-exempt, full-time role reports to the Branch Manager in Retail Operations. The position requires integrity, attention to detail and a strong customer focus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of cash handling experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process teller transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to established cash handling and balancing procedures.
• Provide service excellence to all stakeholders.
• Cross-sell HOPE products.
• Adhere to HOPE policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties such as attending meetings, report production, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School diploma or GED

2+ years of cash handling experience

2+ years of customer service experience
