Job summary

HOPE is seeking a Teller in Jackson, MS to handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and delivering outstanding member service. You will promote HOPE products to support sales goals and uphold confidentiality in a fast-paced branch network.

This role requires cash handling and customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to travel to other HOPE branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of cash handling and customer service experience.
• Attention to detail and strong customer focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process teller transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to cash handling and balancing procedures.
• Provide service excellence to all stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly growth and retention targets per Retail Work Plan.
• Cross-sell HOPE products to meet member needs.
• Follow HOPE policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Travel to other branch locations within the market to perform teller duties.
• Perform general administrative duties and other assigned tasks.
