Responsibilities

• Processes a variety of customer interactions.

• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Educates customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Applies product knowledge to solve customer issues.
• Adheres to policies, making sound judgments within limits.
• Ensures teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
