Qualifications

• High School degree or GED
• 6 months experience processing transactions
• 1 year customer experience, recommending and referring products/services
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to build relationships
• Problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
• Comfortable with using digital technology
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings
• Video interview within 7 days of applying

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and demonstrate how to use mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to meet customer financial goals
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and connect them with Bankers as needed
