The role welcomes candidates new to automotive service but with strong customer-service or hospitality backgrounds. Base + commission structure is offered with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane with prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer experience and support dealership goals.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries in person or by phone.
• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work fairly among technicians.
