Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented associate to provide an outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. You will accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhere to cash handling protocols, and aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.

You will also work to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI expectations. Additional responsibilities include aiding in store opening and closing activities, including cash

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
