Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking friendly retail professionals to join our team in Texas. You will provide outstanding service for every customer and guest, and accurately process sales orders while following cash-handling protocols.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with credit applications, meeting sales goals aligned to KPIs, and supporting store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
