Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated team member for a store-based role focused on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires basic cash handling, POS experience, and reliable attendance. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, stock checks, and maintaining loss-prevention practices while helping customers find the right products and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
